The firmware is applicable to the following TA codes, irrespective of the region and SKU. Hence, the firmware is applicable for WorldWide, Russia, and Europe.

You can use the above firmware files to recover Nokia X20 or Nokia X10 from fastboot mode or from a reboot loop.
End-users can use the firmware if they have the bootloader unlocked. The bootloader unlock is only possible for a limited set of HMD devices. Currently, bootloader unlock on Nokia X20 and Nokia X10 is not possible.
How to flash the firmware?
HMD Global does not provide an end-user method/tool to flash the firmware images. All HMDSW firmware packages need the HMD DeviceKit tool to flash the firmware to the smartphone in fastboot mode. There may be some aftermarket tools that can replicate the functionalities and flash the firmware for you.
