Some questions that you may have:

Should I remove Windows 8 and Install Windows 10

It would basically be your own choice, however it is not recommend to install the technical preview on your primary system as there are still chances of system instability. It is better to install Windows on a separate PC or at least a separate partition.

How to downgrade to Windows 8 after installing Windows 10?

Once you upgrade to Windows 10, downgrading will only be possible via a clean install of a previous version of Windows unless you have created a backup of your entire OS prior to upgrading.
